Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

International Orders

International orders are not possible at this time.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address before completing your purchase. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at info@mondeapparel.com with your order number. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

For damaged packages, please provide photographs of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery.
